Public Notice: Application to Establish a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA)
Notice is hereby given that on September 30, 2024, the Buckeye Lake Village Council received an application to establish a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Section 4301.82. The Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area Application is on file with the Clerk of Council and is available for viewing Monday – Friday (excepting holidays) between the hours of 9am and 4pm at Village Offices, 5192 Walnut Road SE, Buckeye Lake, OH 43008.
On Monday, November 11, 2024 at 6:30pm, Council will hold a public meeting in Council Chambers at 5192 Walnut Road to receive public comments regarding the DORA application.
