Code Enforcement

The Village of Buckeye Lake is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety, and welfare through effective enforcement of city codes and ordinances. 

The goal of the Code Compliance Division is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the Village of Buckeye Lake Code and Ordinances.

On this page, click on the “Click Here to Submit a Code Enforcement Complaint” link.
This will open up a new page where you can locate the code enforcement complaint form. 
Complete the form as instructed. Then click on “Submit”.
Make sure you write down your Case #, so you can track the complaint.

You can submit multiple violations on the same property, 
BUT ONLY SUBMIT ONE COMPLAINT FORM PER ADDRESS.
Complaint forms with several addresses on it will be rejected. You only need to submit your complaint form once and it will be looked into. Understand that not all complaints received are code enforcement violations.
