Please be advised, per Council Rule #3: All business for transaction by the Council must be in the Clerk’s office no later than 4:00pm Wednesday preceding a regular Council meeting, except when a regular meeting falls on a legal holiday. Then, the deadline for submission shall be no later than 4:00pm Thursday preceding the regular meeting. All legislation, reports, and communications to Council that are on a regular meeting’s agenda including Department Head reports, Zoning and Code Enforcement or on a letter of notice of a special meeting shall be turned in by Friday at noon preceding the meeting and shall be made available for full public inspection in the Clerk’s office during normal working hours, self-addressed stamped envelope or by email.
E-mail correspondence is maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of State law and may be considered public records. Public disclosure of your communication may be required.
