Code Enforcement
Buckeye Lake Village is committed to protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the community through the fair and consistent enforcement of local codes and ordinances.
The Village’s property maintenance standards are based on the International Property Maintenance Code, created by the International Code Council. The IPMC is used by approximately 14,000 jurisdictions nationwide.
To submit a complaint, please follow the steps below:

- You will be directed to the online complaint form.
- Complete all required fields and click “Submit.”
- Be sure to write down your case number to track your complaint.
Please note:
- If you wish to be contacted, you must provide a valid telephone number.
- Multiple violations for the same property may be included in a single submission.
- Only one complaint per address should be submitted.
- Complaint forms listing multiple addresses will be rejected.
- Not all complaints received will qualify as code violations under Village code.
