Public Notice: Public Hearing on Application to Rezone an Area of Land to PMUD

Notice is hereby given that the Village received an application on August 17, 2024, to rezone two parcels of land, to wit, Parcel No 074-335568-00.00 comprising approximately 29.287 acres and Parcel 074-338100-00.000 comprising approximately 0.371 acres, from their existing zoning district classification to Planned Mixed Use Development (PMUD) districts
On Monday, November 25, 2024 at 6:30pm, Council will hold a public meeting in Council Chambers at 5192 Walnut Road to receive public comments regarding the rezoning application.
