NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE OF BUCKEYE LAKE COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code (R.C.) Section 5709.40(C)(2)(a) that the Village Council of Buckeye Lake, Licking County, Ohio will hold a public hearing on October 23, 2023 at 6:30pm at the Village Municipal Offices at 5192 Walnut Rd SE Buckeye Lake, OH 43008.  The purpose of the public hearing will be to hear public comment on the establishment of the Buckeye Lake SR79 Tax Increment Finance District (TIF) in accordance with R.C. Section 5709.40 (C)(1).  Furthermore, the hearing will be to discuss the passage of an ordinance to establish the Buckeye Lake SR79 TIF District in accordance with R.C. 5709.40(C)(1).
