The Village of Buckeye Lake is forming a committee of volunteers to help coordinate, plan and implement water quality projects around the Village. A signup form is available HERE as well as under storm water documents and in the Village Office at the counter. You can also call Vaughn Klingler, Director of Public Works for more information at the Village Office Monday through Thursday 10-2 at 928-7100.

The Village of Buckeye Lake has retained the firm of Jobes and Henderson to identify and prioritize projects that need to be done in Buckeye Lake.

The Annual Licking County River Roundup was held on September 7 2013 (the first Saturday after Labor Day) and was a big success.  For more information on the River Roundup and other events please go to Licking County Soil & Water Conservation District for updates.

Conservation Learning Series sponsored by Licking County Soil & Water Conservation District offers a variety of workshops on various topics to help maintain the environment. There will be a Plant Trees Clinic, Pasture Walk, Pond Clinic, Build Your Own Rain Barrel, Steam Team Water Quality Testing, Rain Garden, Forestry Field Day and more workshops.
